The recipes at banh cuon Tay Ho in Oakland are derived from in part from our franchisee, Tay Ho Food Corporation, the owner and operator of Banh Cuon Tay Ho in Little Saigon in Westminster, CA. Their unique food item, banh cuon, is made with rice flour steamed over a cloth, making something like a crepe. Banh cuon is filled with delicious fillings such as meat loaf or shrimp tempura then garnished with a very tasty fish sauce call 'nuoc mam' .
